Our first stop on the other side of the
SSIPP was Memphis. We blazed through
museums for Stax Records, Sun Records,
the Civil Rights Museum and Graceland!
Very emotional and humbling to stand
where MLK was shot, hear where Folsom
Prison Blues was recorded and see the
birthplace of Southern Soul. The home of
Otis Redding, Rufus Tomas, Booker T,
Isaac Hayes, Volt, etc. was inspiring.
Nashville in 2 words: Catbird Seat.
Louisville was Oaks and Kentucky Derby.
Big shouts to the Okay Deejays for hosting
me and NSU boys for handing me the
golden ticket. We saw Churchill Downs
from the botton to the top. I lived the life
of the Decadent and Depraved. Hunter S.
